Yes you can if you want to install the client on the same instance.

If you use install the GNU Health server on text-only (server) OpenSuse installation, the GNU Health (or Tryton) client should be installed either on the host computer or on a different computer. I think that Axel did a Youtube video on this.

Yes - his is the setup I usually use as well for testing

You need to have a GUI for the client to work - server can run without GUI

Probably.
On a clean system do the following (assuming you use Leap 15.1):
As user root, add GNU Health 3.6 series:

zypper ar -f https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Application:/ERP:/
GNUHealth:/3.6/openSUSE_Leap_15.1/ gh36

Install GUN Health:
zypper in gnuhealth gnuhealth-client

run setup:
openSUSE-gnuhealth-setup setup

Now start the client, go to 'manage profiles' and add your local server.
That should be it...
