query-pr -F ## / dbconfig

Hello,
 
I am the maintainer of site tim_freedom mentions in
his posts.
 
My current 'dbconfig' file is attached to this
message. I have also confirmed that:
 
$ query-pr -F ##
 
works for 'root', but no other users can perform that
(it simply gives newlines [2 or 3] when the PR #
exists, otherwise it says it doesn't exist)
