[kportage-bugs] Kportage - window problem while "merge world --update"

Version: 0.5 (KDE 3.0.3) (Gentoo)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-xfs
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)

Hi all,

when I started a "merge world --update" Kportage suddenly became about 8 
screens wide! I can move it (with a lot of mousing) so that I see either end 
but not horizontally resize it so that it fits in one window (vertical resize 
works just fine). The window stays that wide even when I "maximize" it.

It's certainly not critical but it makes monitoring output slightly 
complicated since that involves moving the whole program 4-5 widths of a 
screen to the left.

Otherwise, thanks for a nice piece of software.
