Hi Bryan,

I don't know where you were looking, but it is in the TGZ releases of
libmicrohttpd, and in our Git in the src/examples/ directory, as the
documentation says:

* In Git:
https://git.gnunet.org/libmicrohttpd.git/tree/src/examples/minimal_example.c

* Official release:
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libmicrohttpd/libmicrohttpd-0.9.69.tar.gz

(unpack, go to src/examples/minimal_example.c).
