In a way I do, since anybody will keep reading until they find the 
information about accidentals, ties and articulation, when they need 
them, whereas very few will realize that it is highly relevant to keep 
reading into a section on "bar checks", which is a concept that doesn't 
really make much sense until you have read more about it.
