Why? AFAICS, git some-command searches a git-internal directory for a
git-some-command binary. If you did not place the git-cl binary there,
you can't use git cl instead. If you did place it there, you can't use
git-cl as it won't be in the path.
So how could it be "fine either way" if you did not place the binary in
two different locations?
