I have Texlive installed from the distribution ISO image, but Texinfo
with tex files installed from Fedora, so pdftex didn't find texinfo.tex
and txi-??.tex; these .tex files are partly provided by LilyPond source
tree in tex/, but it misses txi-nl.tex, I'm fixing this.
