GUB lilypond build fails

I am setup with lilydev 0.3, the latest release. I have installed gub from
github, current master. Gub bootstrap runs to completion with no errors.
Attempting to make lilypond, it fails as follows:

$ bin/gub lilypond

What step have I missed?
