Okay, probably I'll first work through some patches that don't require
new wx capabilities, or even work with a 2010 tarball briefly; but lmi
will definitely need to grab wx directly from its repository, soon. I'm
instituting full nightly builds, which can use up-to-the-minute wx HEAD
even if we use an official wx release in lmi production; that gives us a
chance to catch any wx commit that breaks lmi within twenty-four hours.
