Upload them to archive.org. You can get an account there gratis, host the files gratis, and archive.org will distribute verbatim copies of all of them gratis. You can link to them using the "download" permalink URL (http://archive.org/download/[identifier]/[filename] where you choose the identifier and filename). Anyone can embed them in a webpage in the standards-compliant way via the HTML5 video and audio elements using the same permalink.
