If you rename the msft.mib file to MSFT-MIB.mib it should
work directly (no previous loading required) if the files
are in the same directory. (If you run on Windows the
upper-casing is of no importance.)

Yes, this should work but it is a known bug in Mibble
(not just the browser actually). I'll try to get a fix
in for this in alpha3.

The files should be named as their MIB names and placed
in the MIB loader path (for the MIB browser this means in
the same directory).
