Microsoft does not support 95/98/ME anymore, and support for Windows
2000 will end on July 13 (see <http://support.microsoft.com/ph/1131>).

So I'd say anything older than XP is not worth caring about. If the
issue ever comes up, I'd even say that anything older than XP plus the
latest service pack is not worth caring about.
