some of us have converted to Maildir, but we miss MH's CLI capability.

in IMAP, Maildir is an implementation detail. some IMAP servers use SQL, 
BDB, Berkely Mail, or even MMDF format for mail stores. i happen to be 
using a Maildir store on Dovecot2, but there are other options.
