some of us have converted to Maildir, but we miss MH's CLI capability.
Also, I'm confused why Maildir and IMAP are both alternate mail stores. Email is stored on server in a Maildir and accessed via IMAP. I don't see them as mutually exclusive.
in IMAP, Maildir is an implementation detail. some IMAP servers use SQL, BDB, Berkely Mail, or even MMDF format for mail stores. i happen to be using a Maildir store on Dovecot2, but there are other options.
