Follow-up Comment #5, bug #41067 (project octave): re: comment 2: yes, i ran bootstrap. i followed etc/HACKING as closely as i could. re comment 4: i do not mind digging a bit. i kept track of the packages that were missing off of Kais list. I have attached a revised package list. the ones with "+" were ones missing from my system. take a look. perhaps you might spot an obvious candidate(s).
