Follow-up Comment #19, bug #59238 (project octave): I don't remember what exactly I did yesterday. But today I see the exact same result on Octave 5.2, on Octave 6.0.90 and the cross-build from last week. I probably got my test scripts with "-text" and "-binary" mixed up. I'm sorry for the wrong information. Correction: This is still *not* fixed on default.
