Update of bug #59238 (project octave): Status: Confirmed => Patch Submitted Release: 5.2.0 => 6.0.90 _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #27: With the attached patch, files are opened in binary mode for saving variables independent on the file format. Should we make that change on stable? IIUC, we shouldn't have saved variables in text mode. So I'd say this should go on stable. Is that ok given that we are coming closer to a release?
