Follow-up Comment #15, patch #8919 (project octave):
Maybe, we'd need to add "__declspec (dllexport)" to OCTAVE_API when building
the library?
Does that also mean, we'd need to set it to ""__declspec (dllimport)" when we
are linking to it?
