[Pan-users] Body pane context menu lacking in content

It would make good UI sense to have in the body pane context menu (the popup
menu you get when pressing the right mouse button over the body pane) the
relevant entries from the global View menu. Those would obviously include at
least the entries between "Rot13 selected text" and "Use monospace font in
body pane", inclusive. In particular, I keep needing to switch the "show all
headers in body pane" on and off fairly frequently.
