PAN 0.93 - quick feedback

It works... no crashes. This is was posted by pan 0.93 :)

Preferences don't seem to be saved?

Where do I manage posting profiles (not implemented yet?).

==Subscriptions==

While trying to move my subscriptions/servers from pan 14.90, I found the
group management very unwieldy.

Rough draft of a suggestion for the group pane:

The pane only lists subscribed groups. Rather than strict alphabetic
order, groups can be "grouped" in the treeview, with the ability drag
groups between "groups" (see Liferea RSS app):

<button> Manage subscriptions
|
+ Television
| |__rec.arts.tv
| |__rec.arts.sf.tv
|
+ FOSS
| |__gmane.comp.gnome.apps.pan.devel
| |__gmane.comp.gnome.apps.pan.users
|
+ BINARIES
   |__alt.binaries.furries
   |__alt.binaries.assorted.weird.and.deviant.pr0n

It would also be nice if a default action could be set for each group,
such as: "get new headers only", or "get new headers and bodies". Once set
up, it would be just a matter of clicking "update" and each subscribed
group would do the 'right' thing automatically.

Each group in this pane would have certain right-click menu options
(delete headers, mark all read, unsubscribe). Clicking "Manage
subscriptions" will take you to a group management dialog... where you can
handle things that are currently done in a very basic form in the "other
groups" part of the treeview (the current system is probably going to get very
overloaded... it's already quite awkward). The first thing the dialog
presents would be a list of all available groups and some means of
filtering and subscribing... to make it easy for anyone getting started...
but (possibly another tab) with some means of seeing which group is
available on which server, setting priorities... more advanced stuff.

==News server management==

You can't currently delete a server. Clicking remove does nothing.

If the main window of pan is showing a unified collection of groups, then
the "edit news servers" dialog could do with a means of forcing an update
to the groupslist for one particular server.

But... coming along nicely. The whole thing is far more responsive and
quicker to load than the old pan. Thanks.
