Another request and a bug.

Bug:  A lot of blank messages, overview shows up, downloaded  message
doesn't (blank body incl. header section).  The console says:

(article-cache.cc:398 get_message): assertion "this->contains(*it)"
failed.

Req:  Reorderable columns in the overview pane.  I don't often use score,
so like to shove it off clear to the right, in the scrolled-off area most
of the time.
