It does - hold down the shift key and select them.  You can select the
first group in the list, then shift+click the last group in the list.

Then press CTRL+SHIFT+M and it'll mark the selected groups as read.

That is pretty much what I already said at 12:23 pm this afternoon.

"Select all groups (select first group, hit and hold shift and click last
group) and then click Groups, Mark Selected Groups Read."
