The former script we use was sending mail to both maintainers and
gnueval, so the name of the script is "forward the request to
gnueval".
But since 2001, it only send the mail to maintainers, while the script
still have the old name. So unless we look at the code, it leads to
think that we actually send the mail to gnueval.

So maybe we should readd gnueval in the script so both gnueval and
maintainers will receive it.
