'gnueval' is not a public project, it is and has been since the
beginning a private project (as other internal FSF projects), so the
fact that you can't see it through ViewCVS is normal, and it has been
that way also since the beginning.  It is the desired behaviour.

Nonetheless, the fact that the web server is not updated on commit is
something new.

Is there a log file for the script that tries to do the sync on the
web server?

Is it possible that somebody with shell access to www.gnu.org tries to
run this script by hand and see what is the output?

If this can't be fixed, maybe I should open another Savannah project
called wwwgnueval or something like that?
