Hmmmm.

On the GNU make page, I see that some of the sections (support and
patch) have a full suite of options such as you describe above (and I
have the same settings you do except the global list setting is to my
email address directly).

But on other sections (bugs and tasks) I have nothing except a single
text box with a "(send on all updates)" checkbox next to it.  No radio
buttons for who to notify, etc.

Maybe this is the problem.

GNU make was one of the first projects on Savannah and I remember having
issues before; things like other projects had a bug tracker available
while there wasn't one available in GNU make.  That got fixed and for a
while everything was working, including notifications, but not anymore.


Sylvain, can someone look at the DB contents for the GNU make project
and verify that they are correct, with all the right rows in the right
tables, etc.?

If it would help at all I can make you an admin of the project while you
look into it.
