Details:

Hello,

User KBK trying to reset PW.  Gets reset email OK.  When using link to enter
new PW, gets "Error: missing parameters".  The PW is 12 char from three
groups.  Tried GNU/Linux Chromium and Mac Air Firefox. What's up?
