I recall qa.gnu.org was setup for some Quality Assurance stuff long time
ago, alas sadly I haven't found time to move that from josefsson.org to
qa.gnu.org. So I don't think there would be any problem in removing the
existing referenecs to qa.gnu.org and add new ones pointing to this
service.
