Hi Halim.

I have fully working and tested mbrola driver (now as part of my
unofficial Milena module). But I must wait for dotconf-1.3 as official
version - in all known distributions there is dotconf-1.0, which is too
old.

May be the mbrola output should be one of GenericOutput methods? In this
case we could write very simple generic module for popular text-to-mbrola
applications?

Something like:

GenericUseDumbTTS 1
GenericAudioInput "pipe"
GenericAudioOutput "mbrola:de4"
GenericExecuteSynth "txt2pho -m"

should be enough...
