Dummy speechd-el output driver possibly for running speechd-el inside emacs on android

Hi Pierre, what's your motivation to avoid Speech Dispatcher?
speechd-el speech output is designed to take advantage of Speech
Dispatcher.  (Sorry if you've already explained that in the past, I
can't recall it.)
