Segmentation fault on running heatbugs example program of 960513 version

Hi,
  Thanks people to give some hints in solving this problem.  I have solved it 
by correcting my installation of BLT2.1.  I did not really upgrade the blt 
without running "make install" to replace the old version of blt.
