Partial Port to 95/NT?

I was just thinking -- is it currently possible (using djgpp) to simply compile
the Swarm stuff for Windows, but just in batch mode?  In my case, at least,
I don't need to actually watch the sim run -- I just need the log files...
Does anybody have any ideas, or should I just go home and start trying things?
