heatspace questions...

Hi,
Is HeatValue an type of int, or is it an object...that is I see where
you comment that its a abstract type for values of heat, but why do you
do that instead of just using a varible of type int?
And in Heatspace.m :
(Kindof depends on the answer for the one above, but...) Of this
following list of "varibles" what are objects and what are just normal
varibles?
(maxHeat, heatHere, moreHeat, bestHeat, bestX, bestY, px, py,
hereIsBetter)
