Swarm-2.1.1 and Windows 2000 Professional NT

I installed Swarm-2.1.1 on a laptop having Windows 2000 Professional NT as
OS. Compiling my application (CUBES) was fine, but when running it I got the
following message and nothing happens. 
What's the problem with this, knowing that every thing was good when running
the application on Windows 98?
