-In all cases, the exception to the raw processing is that @code{@@} is
-still an escape character, so the @code{@@end} command can be
-recognized.
Why did this need to be deleted? Is @ not an escape character inside
raw regions in some circumstances now?
I just tried a few tests and it always seemed like an escape char to me ...
One more limitation is common to both implementations: white space is
ignored at the beginnings of lines.
This is changed, right? makeinfo doesn't ignore leading spaces by
default, controlled by cust.var?
