fyi, I've put a win32 build (everyone else can recompile from cvs...)
in

ftp://ftp.hvrlab.org/pub/vcdimager/.testing/

please test it, and also try the new --gui and --progress options,
also notice that various combinations of --gui, --progress, --verbose and
--quiet generated different results...

if you have any suggestions about which output could make life easier for
GUIs, just post it to this mailing list... (that's what it is for...)

ps: mjpegtools 1.5.x are starting to get mpeg still support...
