another pre-snapshot is out...
please test it if possible;

I've enhanced the .CUE file format to include some additional directives,
like explicit pregaps and subindexes for entry points... and the DCP FLAG
get's set by default...

I'm wondering whether those additional sub-indexes for entry points help
some players to honor those entry points by themselves... or whether they
make the situation even worse.. :-/

ps: WARNING; the vcdxminfo output XML structure is going to be completely
re-designed to better match the mpeg stream structure... so prepare to
adapt your GUIs when 0.7.10 finally comes out... the next pre-view should
already feature the changes...
