minor changes so far... just 3 new options added for customizing pregap's,
rear and front margins...

(.e.g., by setting the pre-gap's to 1 sector you may be able to achieve
almost seam-less track changes in PBC-less mode... but this is hardware
dependant, and you'll leave the specs (vcdxbuild warns you...))

please test this release asap, cause I'm gonna release (this time for
real, unless some bigger issue shows up) the final 0.7.10 RSN! :-)

btw, the <meta> tag has been already included into the dtd, but it is only
a placeholder so far... i.e. almost non-functional... so hurry up w/
suggestions on how to solve that XML namespace mess, or it will have to
wait for 0.7.11 or later to be implemented properly...
