    When I try IDLWAVE, in either 21 or 22, the tool-bar icons easily fit on
    one line.  So I don't know what the problem is...

The problem must depend on circumstances, and it does not occur for you.

Since Smith has been seeing this all along, and says it is just a
small annoyance, I now accept your argument that this isn't a serious
problem and we don't need to do anything about it now.

After the release, I would like to add the short-term grow-only feature
we've discussed.
