For ORG-NEWS, it is trivial to separate news from different versions -
they are all grouped under the common "Version X.X" heading.

After recent Emacs release, a number of blog posts and videos appeared
reviewing new features and changes in Emacs - none looked into Org mode.

That was natural - people looked into NEWS file, but not ORG-NEWS. I am
not sure if it is common knowledge that ORG-NEWS file, separate from
NEWS is even a thing.
