Apparently you did activate it.  It is "theodoros_for".  The email
address on file is this one you used on this email.

Yes.  It is active.  Therefore you cannot created it again.

I cannot recreate this problem.  I just now triggered the lost
password recovery for this account.  Worked for me.

You should have just received an link by email to reset access to your
account.  I checked the email logs and the message was sent and
received by mail.openmailbox.org for you.  If you do not see it then
you should check your spam folder.

Please let us know that things are either working or not working for
you to recover your account.
