We used to have this address go to an RT queue, but we stopped because
it was too annoying since most of the traffic on this list is not
actually video upload requests. From what I've seen the current system
has been working okay -- the reason Federico's video didn't get uploaded
is because a message about it wasn't sent here. I wonder if we can have
the tracker mail the list when a new issue is created? That would make
it obvious if things are submitted directly there.

Does the new audio-video site have a different video submission system?
