If you installed the PUEL version, and are the only one using it, I don't
believe that would violate the terms of the PUEL. From Oracle's VirtualBox wiki:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/VirtualBox_PUEL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Personal Use” requires that you use the Product on the same Host Computer
where you installed it yourself and that no more than one client connect to
that Host Computer at a time for the purpose of displaying Guest Computers
remotely.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It's my interpretation that you just can't use the PUEL virtualization itself
commercially. Like say for a commercial online virtual hosting service. I
believe it doesn't stop you from using your personal installation for your own
uses, even if those uses are commercial.

Of course, this would assume you're not building a nuclear reactor:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/VirtualBox_PUEL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(3) The Product is not designed, licensed or intended for use in the design,
construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear facility and Oracle and
its licensors disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for such
uses.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Dang it, and I was going to use it for that back yard breeder 8-)

Anyway, it also says a whole lot of other stuff, and I am not a member of the
bar. So please heed all the usual disclaimers about me not really knowing WTF
I'm talking about, seeking professional counsel, etc, etc.
