[Fle3-dev] PIL file and jamming section

Hi there,

I have been using the 'jamming' tools and the image 
in' gif and jpg format' does not appear in the 'jam
session. It seem that the error is

'Can't create thumb nail image. PIL not install'

the point is I have already install the PIL file in
C:/bin as instruct in the installation instructions.

can anyone point out what the problem?.
