I just sent an email to Andy Hunt and he is going (next week) to upgrade
the installations for 1.6.7 and 1.7.3 for windows.  I asked if he would
include Ripper so we could just use the PragProg distribution with
FreeRIDE and he agreed.  So that solves that problem for windows.

As for Linux, we should develop a howto or something to build Ruby + Fox
+ Ripper (I think everything else is pure Ruby and in our redist
directory).
