I like the idea.  But we need to take care that globs that are leaving
buildings are not
trapped by walking to a wrong side.
e.g.: to a field between the building and some resources or
How do we do this right now?  Or does this happen too rarely to be apparent?

I think we can use the same "more forbidden area" for the noswim globs
as well as
for the swim globs.  Between resource or building and water always is
at least one
field.
