I do not see any reason to do that right now, we must figure out
several things before we can actuallly start writting, or even
rewritting things.

  One reason not to do it now is that no one cares enough about it.

That is a reason _why_ one should do it now.  But lets wait with such
decisions.

Then what are we doing?? :-)
