Huh ? Maybe you mean this:
"current &medication" and "Manage &master data" ?
Given those are put into the same menu there would then be
two menu items with the active letter "m". A good windowing
system will allow cycling through those items by multiple
successive Alt-m keypresses.
BTW, as far as I know case doesn't matter in this context.

They do but not more than in, say, a word processor
underlining words ...
