Well sorry for the late reply, 
well my Input file size is around 1092 KB and there
are around 3000 Rules and 1500 Terminals. 
When we used Bison 1.35 we had fast compilation in
both windows and solaris less than 15-30 seconds. 
but after upgrading to 1.875 it takes around 4-5 min
in solaris and 20-30 seconds in windows. ...

any clue what is happening ?
