Hi Philip,
   I do not know how you got LPX_K_ITLIM to be changed
for limiting bnumber of iterations. This is only an
identifier (#define). If you need to change the number
of iterations please do
lpx_set_int_parm(lp,LPX_K_ITLIM,<number of iter
required>)
LPX_K_ITLIM says which parameter values have to be set
or retrived by functions
lpx_set_int_parm and lpx_get_int_parm.
