It's the original LP problem that I ran through lpx_simplex before calling 
lpx_integer. I am not sure how to get glpk to dump more details in lpt 
format (I'm using lpx_write_lpt).

Your comments about roundoff sound likely; if you can't make my problem 
work, then maybe I could apply the patch to my copy, and see if the problem 
goes away?
