Alfred: the copyright holder is, in law the holder of rights in the
work. Legally, they are the owner.
Legally they are the copyright holders, not the owners. You are
mixing property law, where you have owners, and copyright law where
you have copyright holders. Two vastly different concepts, that mix
as well as oil and water.
